Saif
and his companions, Bilal Amrohi and Shakeel Ladak, were accused of under areas
325 (discipline for voluntarily bringing about terrible damage) and 34 (enactments
finished by a few persons in futherance of normal expectation) of the Indian
Penal Code by a metropolitan justice.
Present
in the court, the trio argued not liable to charges, setting the stage for the
trial in the case.
The
